Any false fire alarm resulting in a fire department dispatch will be considered a violation of house rules, and guests will be responsible for any fines, penalties, or charges imposed by the city or local authorities. ______ A $1,000 penalty fee will be charged if police are called to the property or if we receive any neighbour complaints even those that result in police dispatch due to noise, parties, disturbances, or violations of house rules.
