Kitchen – Sleek quartz countertops, premium appliances, a gas oven, and a Nespresso coffee maker with pods provided. Private Balcony – Unwind with morning coffee or evening wine while taking in open-air city views. Living Area – Comfortable seating with a 55" SMART TV for streaming. The sofa converts to an additional Queen bed for an alternative sleeping arrangement. Dedicated Workspace – The integrated California Closet wall bed system lifts to reveal a spacious desk with high-speed internet. An external monitor is available on request for a small fee. Lavish Bathroom – Plush bathrobes and exceptionally soft towels create an indulgent experience, complemented by essential toiletries. In-Suite Laundry – Washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays. This luxurious suite is unlike any other. House Rules
We kindly ask you to review the following additional fees if house rules are not followed. Unapproved Late Check-out: Check out is prior to 11AM. An initial late check-out fee of $100 plus $50 per half hour may apply for departures beyond the stated check-out time. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property including all areas attached to the property (balconies, decks, stairs). Violation of this rule will result in a minimum $250 fine. Continued violation of this rule may result in eviction. Noise Violations: Excessive noise disturbing other guests or neighbours may result in a $250 fine. Quiet time is 10PM–8AM. Further penalties, including eviction, may be imposed depending on the severity of the violation. No Open Flames Allowed: Open flames of any kind are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property. This includes, but is not limited to: candles, sparklers, incense, matches, lighters etc. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine due to fire safety concerns. Excessively Dirty Units: If the property is left in an excessively dirty condition, additional cleaning fees may be charged. Tampering: Tampering with any safety or security devices (smoke detectors, smart lock and accessories, Minut, fire extinguishers) is strictly prohibited. Tampering with these items will result in an immediate site visitation by our team as well as a minimum call-out fee of $100. Failure to Return Key/Fob Upon Checkout will result in the following charges: $250 Replacement Fee: This fee covers the cost of replacing the key/fob and re-securing the property. Missed Booking Charges: If the absence of the key/fob prevents the next scheduled guest from accessing the property, you will be held responsible for any associated costs, including but not limited to refunding the subsequent guest and lost revenue. Please ensure the key/fob is returned as instructed in your check-out information. This Unit is Strictly Pet-Free: Evidence of pets, such as pet hair, odor, or damage, may result in a mandatory cleaning fee of $250 to restore the property to its original condition.
Other Details to Note
Missing keys incur a $200 replacement fee. Please respect condo bylaws, especially quiet hours after 10 pm. A noise monitoring device is installed; it does not record sounds or conversations, only measures volume levels (in decibels) to help maintain a comfortable environment for all residents. This system is 100% privacy-compliant and required for the property. This home is intended for guests who appreciate a design-focused, comfortable stay. It is not suitable for events or parties.
